How FAST IS THE TURNOVER OF A graphic design/ web development project?

Our project turnover time depends on your requirements.

Is PackCrunch liable for any lawsuit or damages to my company throughout the course of the service?

PackCrunch Pte Ltd will not be held liable for any lawsuit or damages incurred to your company in the course of our service. All work is being approved by you before publishing or advertising.

Do you provide refund?

Unfortunately, we do not provide any refund once we have commenced on your project. For retainer based marketing, you may let us know if you would like to cancel it for the next billing month.

How do i make payment?

You can let us know your requirements through our contact form and we will bill you a payment according to it. 

How can i communicate with you after making payment?

We will communicate via Skype / Facebook / Email / Call after you have successfully purchased our service.

Do you use licensed images/graphics?

Yes we do. We do not use any unlicensed stock photos or graphic designs. However, If you were to provide us with any unlicensed images for use, we will not be liable for any consequences that comes with it upon publishing.
